Vaginoplasty: This procedure is to alter the vagina, and make it firmer and tighter. This is done by removing a section of the vaginal wall and re-attaching.

G-spot enhancement: For a more sensitive G-spot, some women are having a collagen injection to the front wall of the vagina. This generally has to be redone after a few months.
